On November 15, Managing Partner Bill Pittard served as a panelist at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Public Contract Law, which aims to offer well-rounded suggestions for procurement policy, create a platform for collaboration with peers across various sectors of the procurement industry, and foster a deeper understanding and the cultivation of distinctive viewpoints on federal, state, and local public contract law.
