Noah Brozinsky Promoted to Counsel
Kaiser PLLC is happy to announce that Noah Brozinsky has been promoted to Counsel at the firm.
“Noah has the best attributes of a former public defender: Top-notch courtroom skills and an unwavering commitment to our clients,” said Managing Partner Bill Pittard. “We, and our clients, are lucky to have him.”
With his deep experience as an assistant public defender, Noah has brought invaluable trial experience to the firm. Most recently, he served as trial counsel in a federal felony jury trial for a client accused of witness tampering, Eighth Amendment violations, and writing false reports. In his time at Kaiser PLLC, he’s also represented a law firm accused of malpractice, a federal prosecutor accused of misconduct, and corporations facing federal subpoenas.
Beyond his trial work, Noah represents local attorneys in ethics investigations, whistleblowers under the False Claims Act, and federal prisoners seeking review of their sentences.
Prior to joining the firm, Noah served as an assistant public defender for more than seven years in the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office where he served as primary counsel in over 1,500 criminal cases and trained the office’s newest hires. He has also worked in federal labor relations, negotiating labor contracts on behalf of government employees.
