Sarah Fink has built her career helping individuals navigate some of the most challenging and complex moments of their lives. Whether representing a congressional staffer facing an ethics inquiry, a civil servant under investigation, or a private sector official confronting career-altering accusations, Sarah works tirelessly alongside her clients to protect their rights and futures.
Over the past several years, Sarah has been at the forefront of significant legal matters tied to high-profile events in Washington, D.C. Her public representations include guiding clients through congressional and Inspector General inquiries into the FBI’s investigation of Russian interference with the 2016 election, Secretary Clinton’s email server, and allegations of politicization at the State Department and Department of Homeland Security during times of civil unrest.
Sarah’s experience also spans federal employment defense and advising clients involved with agencies such as the Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Before joining Kaiser PLLC, she served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, counseling on data privacy, cybersecurity, and multinational corporate agreements.
Sarah holds a Top Secret / SCI security clearance and is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia and New York. She earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating cum laude, and her B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University Elliott School of International Affairs, graduating magna cum laude.
