Matt Kaiser Teaches CLE on Representing Lawyers in Criminal Cases at NACDL’s West Coast White Collar Conference
On June 20th, Kaiser Partner Matt Kaiser will speak on a panel at the 2024 West Coast White Collar Conference in Denver, CO titled Ethical Pitfalls Arising When Lawyers are Engaged in Cases. Drawing on his experience as both a white collar criminal defense lawyer and his work with legal ethics, Matt will discuss unique issues that arise when lawyers are accused of misconduct or are involved in criminal investigations. Amy Richardson at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP will also serve on the panel.
Matt is a frequent speaker about legal ethics and white collar criminal defense. Matt advises lawyers, law firms, and nonprofit organizations on compliance with the Rules of Professional Conduct, and represents clients in connection with white collar criminal cases and other government investigations.
