Kaiser PLLC Names Courtney Forrest Managing Partner
Kaiser PLLC announced that Courtney Forrest has been named Managing Partner of the firm as of January 1, 2026.
In her new role, Forrest will oversee the firm’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations while continuing to grow her own legal practice. She succeeds Bill Pittard, who will remain a partner at the firm.

In addition to her new managerial role, Forrest will continue to represent clients in high-stakes civil, white-collar, and defamation matters. “Courtney has been a trusted leader within the firm for many years,” said founding partner Matt Kaiser. “She brings strong judgment, a collaborative leadership style, and a deep understanding of our clients and our culture. Her appointment reflects both her contributions to the firm and our confidence in her leadership for the future.”
Forrest has played a key role in the firm’s internal leadership since she joined the firm in 2018 and is widely respected for her professionalism, commitment to client service, and dedication to maintaining the firm’s high standards.
