Kaiser PLLC Expands Team with Addition of White-Collar Defense Attorney Colby Moore
Kaiser PLLC is excited to announce that Colby Moore has joined the firm as an associate, bringing experience in white-collar criminal defense and regulatory enforcement matters.
“Colby’s background in both government and private practice makes him a strong asset to our team,” said Managing Partner Bill Pittard. “His insight and skills will greatly benefit our clients facing complex legal challenges.”
Colby’s practice will focus on representing clients in white-collar investigations, federal criminal prosecutions, and regulatory matters. Before joining Kaiser PLLC, he served as a judicial law clerk for two federal judges in the Eastern District of Virginia and worked as an associate at Paul Hastings LLP, where he represented clients in investigations by the DOJ and SEC.
Admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia, Colby is also a member of the bars for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
