Since joining Kaiser PLLC, Amelia has played a key role in representing clients facing government scrutiny and complex disputes, especially in matters involving export controls and economic sanctions, while also advising lawyers and organizations on ethical and professional responsibility issues. Amelia earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. She previously clerked for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
