Bill Pittard will present a Federal Bar Association CLE on navigating politically sensitive investigations
On Monday May 22nd, Kaiser Managing Partner Bill Pittard will serve as a panelist at the Federal Bar Association’s Third Annual Government Investigations Seminar. As part of the panel, Bill will discuss the intricacies and perils of navigating politically-charged investigations.
This year’s Government Investigations Seminar will include the Honorable Jon Meyer, General Counsel, DHS in a conversation with the Honorable Joe D. Whitley; a panel of federal judges, including Chief Judge James Boasberg and Judge Royce C. Lamberth; and, along with Bill, a panel of legal practitioners and experts discussing the intersection of investigations and politics.
