A New Year and New Challenges
Normally, the new year is a time for fresh starts and big goals. Looking back on 2024, it was a fantastic year at Kaiser PLLC. We celebrated 15 years of fighting the good fight for our clients, worked on some tough but fun cases, and had wins along the way. We’re lucky to belong to local, national, and international legal communities of smart, talented, and fun lawyers who care deeply about their clients and our profession. And we’re grateful for the clients who trust us with their reputations and their futures. We don’t take that for granted.
And because we love a good party, last month we threw one to celebrate both the new year and our newest partner, Sarah Fink! Sarah is a powerhouse litigator who has experience with congressional investigations and other government investigations. She came to the firm 8 years ago after she and I were both at Dulles airport right after Trump first imposed the Muslim ban; I couldn’t be more excited that she’s now a partner at the firm. (Check out more about Sarah here).
January 2025 started with a terrorist attack in New Orleans, ended with a plane crash in Washington, D.C., and saw chaos in the middle. To put it mildly, there has been – and will be – a lot of change in D.C. When the law is changing, lawyers matter the most. We’re grateful that at this time in our nation’s history we get to do work for our clients that meets the moment. And we look forward to working with many of you as we do.
We wish for you the best 2025 imaginable. Please, keep in touch and let us know how we can help,
Matt Kaiser
