Daniel Csigirinszkij is a litigator. His work includes civil and criminal litigation in federal court, from pre-trial motions and discovery, through trial, to post-conviction proceedings; government investigations; and the firm’s legal ethics practice.

Daniel’s journey at Kaiser began as a Law Clerk during his studies in Georgetown University’s Master of Laws program, where he served in the ABA’s Science and Technology Division, and represented Master’s students in the International Refugee Assistance Project.

Before joining Kaiser, Daniel worked and studied abroad. While earning his Bachelor of Laws in the United Kingdom and Germany, Daniel worked as a data privacy and cybersecurity paralegal at a large firm in London. There, he ensured multinational clients met tight deadlines, oversaw complex privacy practice overhauls, and meticulously analyzed large data sets to safeguard data subjects’ rights. Concurrently, he served as President of his university’s Lawyers Without Borders chapter. Daniel has also volunteered with refugees in Hungary and Ukraine.

Daniel is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He also maintains an active pro bono practice representing refugees, indigent people accused of crimes, and prisoners. Daniel is an active member of the ABA Young Lawyers’ Division, DC Bar’s Early Career Lawyers Community, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
